Opinions on this Tiffany Necklace Please.

Was wondering what you guys think about this piece?

I've been looking for something that I can have engraved with 3 letters (initials of those closest to me). I think it's a lovely piece, just not sure if it's going to look dated eventually? Thoughts?


It would be in Rose gold like the first pic, but the engraving would look like the second pic.

Personally I think the engraving can quickly look dated. You can always engrave the back of the pendant so you know its there and its special for you but the front stays plain

Have you considered a Tiffany locket to add the monogram to? Bar necklaces are in right now but it's a trend if that's a concern for you.

I think it will look beautiful engraved and won't look too trendy. To me, engraving is classic on fine jewelry. It could look dated if it was initials or a nameplate necklace. Bar necklaces are very "in" right now, but it is hard to imagine this looking dated when it has such a streamlined shape.

Interesting a few if you guys think it will look dated because of the initials, I didn't think of that. Was thinking more along the lines of the bar because it's so trendy..

LVoeletters - I looked at the lockets. The only one I would consider is the oval in rose gold, but I only saw it in yg or silver.

No. If I remember correctly, I winded up getting the Atlas bar pendant instead back then.
