I think it could possibly be pretty cute, without all that layering. I'm personally just not into the pattern tights.

I think it's a cute dress but I don't think I would wear it casually. It looks good with the layers, make it look like a trendy, costume inspired outfit from the mix and match of lace, cotton (or is it jersey).
