Michael Kors Opinions on THE BLUES?!?

Ok ladies I need some opinions on all the blue color choices. Sapphire, electric blue, tile blue, aquamarine, Aqua, etc. I have a bag in aquamarine already but I would love to get one in another blue color that isn't light. What's your thoughts and opinions on these colors? If you have a certain color that's blue please post some pics if you don't mind:smile1:

Ps. I also think we need a bag color thread if their isn't one already. I haven't seen one yet. Just a thought;)

I have a large Selma in Sapphire & a Tristan in Navy. I adore Sapphire!!
Gold hardware with the Selma & silver hardware on the Tristan. Flash made the hardware look gold on the Tristan.

I forgot...I also have the E/W Hamilton in aqua with silver hardware. Love the aqua but it's more green tone than blue.

If you're looking for a darker blue, I'd go with either navy or electric blue/sapphire. Navy if you're looking for a black bag alternative. Electric blue or sapphire (very close in color) if you're looking for a brighter, bolder cobalt blue.

I agree, i would start my look there. MK makes awesome blues BUT the names can be somewhat deceptive at times...

Those are gorgeous bag and colors!!! I will have to look into these. The Aqua almost looks similar to tile blue and the electric blue and sapphire look similar also with probably some slight differences IRL too. Thank you for posting[emoji4]

Ubo is right. The color comparison thread is the best place to start. Electric & Sapphire are very close. It's a brighter cobalt blue. The flash in the picture make my Sapphire look really bright; it's not that bright in real life. & my aqua Hamilton is more green tone than it shows up in the picture. To me, it has an almost teal look to it. It's hard for me to get some of the colors to show up true in pictures.

OMG! That is gorgeous with the silver hardware! Such a pretty color! I only have one blue MK and that is my studded Astor. I think it is sapphire? It's not really a navy. More of a royal blue I would say .

Thanks, Cinthia. I love the silver hardware. Just wished MK made more bags with it.

I just placed an order for the tile blue Hamilton on L&T, it's their 3 day sale and since last weekend was a flop I was fuming....I ordered 3 bags from them and they all cancelled on me and I even had called customer service and they told me they had them available before they cancelled, I can't believe I'm even ordering from them but it was a better deal (not by much) than Macy's 1 day sale and no tax or shipping. I hope it ships and I actually get it[emoji16]
