Opinions on larger face watches

I currently own a Rolex Yachtmaster 29mm and I have a large face 40mm Zodiac watch for play. Thinking of getting a Breitling SuperOcean which I believe is around 40mm. Is that a waste of money to have two similar type watches. The Yachtmaster is somewhat similar to the SuperOcean except smaller...sort of the same vibe so to speak. Any help or input would be appreciated!

I don't think it's a waste of money to have two similar type of watches! If you love it then go for it! Feel free to indulge yourself in it!!

If it is too similar you may end up wearing one way more than the other though if you like it better.

Both of you have good points! I'm a little concerned about spending that much money on a watch that may be a little trendy. I know the larger face watches come and go with women. Guess I could give it to my DH if that happens! There is a larger face watch by Tag that has a square black face and strap that would be a totally different look but still fun. Maybe I should stare at that some more. I'll post some pics if I can find the watch I'm thinking about.
