They are both super cute - I don't think you can make a wrong decision. I think the main thing to consider is do you like your bags zipped up and completely secure or do you like to have them open and accessible.

I like open and accessible so that I can reach in and get to anything. Most of my bags are either open (or I leave them open by unzipping them) or zip but have outside pockets.
