I have a similar one in brown suede from 10 years ago (the original ones go back decades).

The original bag was the Large size

It's an absolute classic hobo.

Sorry I can't help you on the material but mine is suede that should be delicate and it's been brilliant.

That is so good to hear! I’m really only familiar with LV but love a lot of Gucci’s offerings. I can’t wait for it to arrive!

It has arrived! I think I’m going to keep it. I had a moment of panic where I tried to cancel it because I thought the colors of the web were too much, but it had already shipped. I’m very glad it did. It’s long but falls very nicely against the body. I love that it has a zipper and that the strap is wider than most and therefore more comfortable. I’ll walk around at home with it for a day or so before definitely deciding. I do love that the half-moon hobo style is a house classic and that the GG supreme canvas is a great color for summer wear. Thanks for your insight!

This is a such a bag that I want to have as well. It looks so great on you. I checked the website but they don't have it anymore, it seems. I really love the design of the bag. The Ophidia shoulder bag is somewhat simliar but the strap seems too short and I don't want to look funny because of the length of the strap. I don't see the strap sold separately in their website, either. It's kinda disappointed that I can't find exactly what I want.

I like that bag. I'm currently lusting for a hobo or hobo-like bag and I'm watching Ophidia again (since the new Attache looks a little akward and expensive), but only the small is available now. Keep it!

Have you asked in-store? If there's any available, your SA can request a transfer.

The Attache is wider, with more things in it, it looks like it needs to be unclipped. I also have a similar shape Gucci with a web-stripe (but with metal 'bamboo' rings) - I need to get it out.

I have it in beige. I like it very much. I am just under 5’4 and I would say that it might be too short crossbody for a tall person. Definitely a roomy bag. Although labeled small, it is quite generous. I have posted photos somewhere on the forum.
