OnTheGo MM in Monogram VS OnTheGo Organizer; What are your thoughts?

I love the new options in monogram for the OnTheGo tote. I especially love the leather on the Organizer, which looks a little bigger than the MM. Has anyone seen them in person? What are your thoughts?

It also caught my eye. Have not yet seen in boutique but I do like the neutral interior of the organizer (I do not love the bright red MM interior). I also prefer the shoulder strap in the same colour way as the bag vs the black shoulder strap on the MM.
Size wise it looks to be 0.8 inches larger than the MM in all dimensions.

2 shoulder straps would wear better than this single strap that placed the side of the bag in such a large and squishy (and heavy) bag.
