online watch authentication

does anyone know of a site where you can submit photos and have them authentic watches (Cartier, Concord etc) for a fee. Kind of like what Caroldiva does for bags?

I think MyPoupette does watch authentication.

has anyone here used them to authenticate anything (purses, jewellery). Just wondering how their service is.
