Hi,

Why some online shopping takes so long to deliver your order. I ordered an item and it said 3 days I will receive but 4 days still nothing. I wanted to cancel the item but the seller did not answer.

What ecommerce has the best service?

I use 2 shopify and finance.co.uk and I think if that is the kind of seller you just switch to another ecommerce. Don't waste your time on those kinds of sellers.

Please Avoid Mytheresa!!
I bought a Roger Vivier shoes, lost by DHL during delivery, Mytheresa had bad customer service, irresponsible by not following up the matter + being a liar when they said DHL cannot do anything, so do them. The fact that when i tried to contact DHL by myself, there was no history of complaint/investigation ever made by Mytheresa.
