Michael Kors Online ordering issues

Hello everyone! I just wanted to know if anyone else is having issues on the Michael Kors wesite, I have been trying for two days now to order online and keep coming up with an error with my card ( keep in mind I just used this card two weeks prior with no problem- although I had to speak to rep to place it. Now they are telling me that it's my card and the information does not match what the bank has. I have called my bank everything that I have is the same and it's not on my banks end. The agents keep saying it's the card information that doesn't match!!!! I mention that nothing has changed from the order I placed with you guys two weeks ago.. So frustrating I just want to order my purse please help any ideas! No I don't have a second card lol

I have this problem sometimes with different websites. It may be that your registration info is different than your card info. Did you move recently? Different zip code perhaps? Many websites want your card to match your registration info. Just a thought. Good luck!
 
It could be that your phone number doesn't match your billing address. I use my cell phone all the time but my billing address has my home phone and that was causing a issue with Macy's. Just a thought.
 
Thank you again that's not it. I just got off the phone with them, they are claiming that since I have attempted numerous of times to place the order the system locked my account up for ordering and it will take about two weeks for them to unlock it since it is a third party they use! So just a little information don't if you attempt and it doesn't go through don't try again!! You will get locked out! I guess I will be ordering from Macy's or Dillard's from now on
