One or two boxes for wedding bands

When you buy two wedding bands, do you prefer one box with two slots for rings, or two individual boxes? On one hand, I like having two separate boxes for travel, to keep in our nightstands, etc., but on the other hand having one box with two slots for the ceremony.

What did you do? Did they give you a choice?

We will likely also get a double-ring wooden box made for the ceremony... There are so many great options on Etsy.

They gave me a choice but we got 3 rings from them (my engagement and 2 wedding bands) so I do have 2 boxes, one with 1 slot and one with 2 slots.

If you are getting special box made for the ceremony then I'd go with two boxes. I mean 2 blue boxes are always better than one.

They gave me 1 box with 2 slots.. I use blue pouch for traveling, save space .
