On the hunt for a BRIGHT coral Kelly! Rose Jaipur, Orange Poppy..?

I am on the hunt for a bright coral Kelly with GHW, a true pop of color for summer time! Would Rose Jaipur be it? Based on the pictures it might be too salmon tone but I might be wrong.. Is it bright coral or more salmon? And does anyone has pics for comparison, say between H orange and RJ for example. Also intrigued by Orange Poppy which I know is a pop of orange. But are there other colors I should consider? Just pulled a trigger for an Orange B35 so the Kelly should be more poppy, happy bright color.
EDIT: And the reason I ask is because I have been offered a RJ Kelly 28 Togo GHW and it is very hard to capture the true color based on the pics I found. The Kelly should be the POP of color (coral/orange tone) I wasn't brave enough to get on a B35..

I have an Orange Poppy Kelly 28 GHW and gosh it's like Fluorescent. 🤣🤣🤣 My friends think it's really uncharacteristic of me. But if you want a bright that's going to be it. It'll be a safety beacon in Scandi winters! I have Jaipur in a Lindy. It's hard to photograph accurately but less bright. Please keep us updated re your hunt.

I like OP, and it's clear-bright (and beautiful) but I wouldn't call it corral

Hi @Nankali, I have pieces in Rose Jaipur and Orange Poppy, both in epsom. Rose Jaipur is a gorgeous deep coral. Orange Poppy has very similar saturation of color but leans orange, also very beautiful.

I hope this pic helps, I just checked it against my actual pieces, and it's a pretty good representation, but both are appearing darker and more reddish than I see in person.

Agree here. I have a Rose Jaipur K25 in Epsom and it is not salmon at all - I would call it coral for sure. Orange Poppy might be a little too... orange for what you are describing. (as an aside the K25 in my profile photo is Rose Mexico which is also nice but definitely not a coral.)

OT but when @papertiger wrote "I like OP," for a second I thought she was referring to OP as in the person who started this thread, and I thought, aw, well that's nice... took my brain a while to realize she meant Orange Poppy.

I was worried about the bright color but I have enough subdued colors already. I say go for the pop! I think it goes well with GHW.

I don’t have any of these colors in my collection but I’ve seen Rose Jaipur in person and I think it’s the perfect coral. A beautiful pink-coral without being too orange.

Based on the very helpful picture of etoile de mer (thank you so much )Rose Jaipur and Orange Poppy are extremely close to one another. I need to make a decision tomorrow and I am still very undecisive.. RJ was my first love and then I heard someone describe it as salmon and I started to do this back and forth game which is making me crazy!
I will have an Orange B35 GHW which is muted orange so I would want a Kelly in more bright pinky coral but in "adult" way. Pop but "sophisticated". Bright but classy for a 53 year-old. IYKWIM.


Ps. Rose Texas looks GORGEOUS, thank you so much for suggestion AnnaE, addiCCted and step2005. As does Orange Field, thank you texas87. However, as new H colors they are out of my price range. Had to take the reseller route!

Periogirl28 I would LOOOVE to see yourOP Kelly!! Yours is the exact same I have my eyes on! Ha, fluorescent sounds very uncharacteristic of me too but thought it might be a happy bag for me, especially in a cute little Kelly.
Which one would you choose OP or RJ if you could only have ONE Kelly??
