On hold...Brussels???

A friend of mine is travelling to Belgium next week and I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to call the Brussels LV Boutique and ask them to put some items on hold for me so that my friend can go in and purchase them. The reason I would like to to do this is cause it would be easier for him to just go in and pickup whatever I've put on hold rather than having to figure out if they have what I want in stock etc etc....do you understand what I mean??
So is this possible or do you have to be a valued customer of the specific shop?

Mmm, I don't think they'll do it if they don't know us or we never purchased there

^They don't do overseas holds unless your friend is a client of the LV in Brussels.

I know he shops there for his wife and her friends .
I think I'm gonna give it a try and call them. I'll let you know how it goes.

Well I called the Brussels boutique this morning and spoke to a very very polite women. She helped me with all the questions I had and also said that I could reserve the items I wanted for 48 hours. I was thrilled!! Now I just need to decide what I want.
