Me too!!! I am deathly afraid of spiders. WHERE IS THE RAID?? ICK!! We have big black scorpions here too. They walk around outside in the summer months. One time I saw a mother with a bunch of her babies on her back. Now I will have nightmares. *shudder*

wow! that's...umm...vile! it's like a scene from that movie arachnophobia. that movie gave me nightmares for a decade. it was right up there with chucky from child's play.

Am I the only one who doesn't freak out with spiders? I'm weird..because I'm deathly afraid of worms and snails than anything else...lol..and they don't even do anything..lol!

Nope, I'm not afraid of them either. In some acient cultures, like Japanese, they are considered good luck.

There is also a bunch of American Indian legends with spiders being the good guy as well.
