I was looking forward to receive my 12A Red M/L Caviar Classic Flap after i bought my 12A Red Jumbo and realized Jumbo was too big on me. I was quite disappointed when I received TWO of my 12A M/L bags (I ordered 2 cus I know one of them has a small scratch on the inner flap and another store called me at the same time about another availability - hence I bought two).
I was shocked that when I compared the 2 M/Ls side by side.... both the COLOR & LEATHER LOOK AND FEEL DIFFERENT!!!
The first M/L:
Looks Dull with lots of Pebble that your hands can FEEL it! Also the quilts are less PUFFY, but the leather feels more rigid than the other one.
The Second M/L:
Looks a lot more Shiny and the quilts look and feel a lot more PUFFY and the leather feels Softer
I compared the 2 M/Ls that were made in France in 16XX Series to my Red Jumbo that was made in Italy in 16 Series and felt that my JUMBO looks the best of the 3 Red Bags. The leather of the Jumbo looks SHINY, Quilts are very PUFFY, and not as many pebbles and less rigid. I'm starting to think maybe I should stick with my Jumbo!
CAN YOU GALS TELL THE COLOR AND LEATHER (PEBBLES) DIFFERENCE FROM THE PICTURES? WHICH M/L WOULD YOU PICK? THE MORE PEBBLES BUT LESS SHINY ONE OR THE SHINY, MORE PUFFY QUILTS WITH SOFTER CAVIAR LEATHER (NOT AS RIGID)?
