I do think it's a bit rude of them to charge the card without calling you first. I at least usually get a call to say the item is in and do I wish to purchase still.

I dont return things to LV, they keep a record of that stuff and im not too sure how that might/might not effect my relationship with them in the future.

Gosh, I can't believe you are worried about what LV thinks about you rightfully returning a bag. Especially when they charged your card without telling you first. Who cares what they think?
