Olympic Figure Skating Finals

Oh my God, did you see the last chinese pair's routine? That risky throw was so bad to watch, I can't believe they kept on looping it on TV again and again and again. I really hope she didn't injure herself seriously, and mad props for her pulling it through to second place!

I use to be a competitive figure skater back in the day, and I can tell you that each skater takes their fair share of falls like that. But they were incredible- Loved the Russian Pair though!!!! They kicked ass!

The Russian were impacable. But you are right, Vlad, it was so hard to watch the fall over and over again on tv, after 3 times, I switch channel. But I was touched to see her pulled through the program, even the commentators said they have not seen anyone done this before. Quel courage! And the got Silver even after that fall. The Chinese were great, got 2nd, 3rd and 4th place. Only if she didn't have that fall, wonder who would get the gold!

ahh that must have hurt so. much. i'm so happy they got second though! it would've sucked to fall like that, keep going, and get nothing.
