I was surprised to not find a thread on these bags!
I was traveling over the weekend, and realized about halfway to my destination that I'd forgotten to pack my Bottega Veneta clutch that I carry for evenings... Once I arrived, I went searching in local boutiques for a clutch to be able to carry that evening, and stumbled upon a large collection of Olympia Le-Tan book clutches! I was aware of them and intrigued by their beauty (they have quite a celebrity following - Reese Witherspoon, Natalie Portman, etc.), but necessity *wink* caused me to pull the trigger...
I ended up getting the 'Regatta at Argenteuil' by Claude Monet clutch - made by hand in Italy
:

I love the box it comes in, powder pink with a chic black bow - it reminds me of Sofia Coppola's Marie Antoinette (one of my all time favorite films)
:

I think when I'm not using it, I might display it as artwork in my bedroom...

Do any of you guys own one of these clutches? Does the company make one of your favorite novel?
