Hello, newbie here! I thought I'd share my latest bling splurge, a little 3 stone OMC in 950plat. I bought the stones over the last few months, they're old mine cuts. Centre is 1.15ct L I1. It is eye clean to me when I'm wearing it, although there are a couple of spots that I can see easily in photos or with a loupe. The symmetry isn't great either. Dunno why, but this stone really spoke to me, I saw a lot of OMCs, but this one is an early example and has a lot of coloured fire, which I just love. The sidestones are 0.50cttw J SI1.
I haven't managed to capture the colours and the fire I see in this ring, and my photos are never all that great, but you get the idea. Hope you like it, Charlie.x

Thank you Mistikat, it really speaks to me! Candice0985, I was surprised when I saw the cert - centre stone is an L and to my eye, it faces up pretty white. I'm not terribly colour sensitive, but I have a modern pear cut that's an M colour and it seems much more tinted than this stone. When I wear it, I don't see much difference between the sides and the centre

Thank you DiaDiva! I bought the stones from a diamond dealer in the UK, who lives near me. He does get old cuts in from time to time, if you'd like his details. They were set by a local bench guy, who made our wedding rings a few years back. I asked him to use as little metal as possible for this ring and I think he did a nice job. I was thinking of sending the stones to Leon Mege, but DH gently pointed out that they aren't really Leon-worthy stones, so overall this was a real budget piece!
