OK so I'm usually pretty easy in terms of Hermes and what i like., easy neutrals classic sizes when it comes to bags 32cm Kellys 35cm Birkins. but lately all i wear and all i want are my most floppy and super soft bags when the togos and box leathers have sheen of use and the handles feel almost like swift leather and the shape is no longer a shape. Note my bags don't look destroyed, just so worn so real, non trophy bags... is any one else like this......., i find myself looking for more bags in this shape/state.

I'm with you all the way! I don't like stiff bags, only exception being Box. I also wear my Box bags a lot and they do become softer with time, of course they'll never slouch like Clemence, unfortunately!
I, too, prefer some patina on my bags. I think it gives them a “loved” look.
100% agree! For me there’s nothing more appealing than a bag that looks like it has been loved and used for years, the nonchalant slouch, the softness of worn leather, a bag with a few stories to tell!
I'm not fortunate enough to own a Birkin yet but I will be buying on the preloved market and this is the feeling I want when I get my dream bag-well used well loved luxury.
I think thats why I prefer smooth leathers I want slouch and softness and patina.
Not something that looks like I've kept it for best.
I find my tastes and style preference continue to change and evolve. I think handbags that have that "broken in look" are beautiful sights.
I have a black evergrain birkin and she is squishy and floppy and casual! I also loved the Oxer when it came out. Looked soft with great slouch factor
