Chan - If you think chevre and Fjord may have a similar look in pics, they have a TOTALLY different feel or, "hand." Chevre is lightweight with more of a "grooved texture" and its characteristic sheen. Fjord has a more hardy, "tougher" look to it and is much more matte.

if it's any consolation, this thread is the sole reason for my lack of sleep and constant bags under my eyes. argh... must "surf" less... even my friends are starting to complain why i've been looking so tired lately...
