OK, I don't want to complain....but this is the third time in 2 weeks...

My store has called to tell me something is on hold for me that I didn't waitlist for.

Last week, they held the cruise scarf for me.
Yesterday, the MC heart
Today, mono rivetts pouchette.

On the one hand I would rather be called than forgotten....on the other hand, I don't want them to think I am waitlisting these things and changing my mind...because I don't want to be 'blacklisted' when I really do want something....

Has this happened to anyone else?

It was my SA the first 2 times, but today one of the assistant managers, so I was a little...ummm....ummm....

I know, hard to believe, I was at a loss for words....but I was.

I hope that's the case, as iluvbags said.
Last week I went to pick up my Pomme Coeur and they brought out (and already charged me for) the Hollywood key holder (the one with the phone and camera). I had to have her exchange it for the Coeur because I was thinking, I did NOT come here for THIS keyring..I can get it anywhere now, if I want it that bad..(which I don't).

YEAH once...i called about my FP and the Sa said "oh you're waitlisted for a MC too", I told them no..and he just said they'll remove me from there.

but I hope it doesn't happen again. I don't want to be charged for something I don't want!

That's really weird. Maybe someone is waitlisting you using your name...??? I'm totally paranoid cause I've been recently scammers saying they were going to rent my house and it was really an identity theft thing..

sorry, but I think it's odd...

It's not that. The SA's are the ones putting their clients' names on the waitlists. They're thinking of what they're clients might like and at the same time make a sale.
