I got my coach purse out today and forgot to stuff it over the fall and winter. The leather is soft, buckling and sags from its dome shape. Is all lost? I tried putting leather conditioner on it and blow drying it. It helped take out some major wrinkles, but didn’t help it from sagging. (I read on the internet to put Vaseline on your bags and do that, but it made me nervous). I’m so sad! I loved my bag.
