My thoughts....
There are a lot of design elements that I feel I've seen before. Now whether or not this has anything to do with archiving certain silhouettes for the 50th anniversary celebration - I don't know. Certainly a revamped/remodelled Cocker Bag was seen on the runway. The Cabat with the floral applique has been done before (with butterflies), The nuvolato-style weaving on the Lido bag was seen on the "Burnt Marshmallow" aka Tie Dye Cabat in 2010. Albeit the new 2017 Lido Bag is done in Karung.

2016 New Cocker vs. Fall/Winter 2006 Cocker in Malva Stingray


This Red bag with the appliqued flowers is almost a dead ringer shape-wise to a bag done in 2006(???) Not sure, of exact year, and I borrowed the pic from a member here in the reference library.

2017 version of this Fall 2010 Croc Hobo which (surprise!) seems to have borrowed some design elements from this one here from Resort (?) 2010 (?) *brain is fading ladies, help me out done in Gladiol, Fever and.... wasn't there another colour in there and another style as well? Oh well.

Notice the detailing on the chain of this bag from Spring 2017 and the Karung Bag from 2006. It's been a good 10+ years since "Tomas' Heavy on the Hardware Phase"

For some reason, looking at the pictures of the new collection brought back a lot of memories of collections/designs past. For me, at least.

You're welcome, Diane. I'm going to try to make a conscious effort to update the thread as new information comes available. I hope everyone else does too. I just started to go through the previous season's thread and updated it with the bags available as well as the colours released. I find that everything since about 2013/2014 has been a guessing game
I'm going to try to finish everything tomorrow.
