Office Holiday Parties

Hi all,

I'm going to an end of year office party (for my SO's banking firm), and wanted to know what is appropriate to wear to these things? I'd like to wear a dress, be conservative enough, but not too conservative (would also like to look hot if possible.. haha) ! Any suggestions?

^ For that sort of thing, I would wear a wrap dress with heels and sparkly jewelry. It's conservative, but still attractive and festive..

I think a shift dress with the right hairdo to show off your neck and nice earrings can be totally sexy.
