Just curious to know if you get special offers/gifts/quota bag offers for your birthday/anniversary/special occasions from your SA? Please show what you got!

i hinted to my SA but doesn't seem to have any effect lol oh wells, at least I tried.

My SA used to do this for me. I asked her not to though. Not a fan of all the pressure.

Then again, everyday is a special occasion after all....

A lot of people do it. Literally I’ve heard a variation of it the last three times I was in my store, people (likely new and chasing after a first bag?) talking with their SA at checkout (“my birthday is coming up / it’s my wedding anniversary next month / I really want to surprise my girlfriend with a gift...”) and the SAs all just politely smiled and nodded. I’m sure most people aren’t even lying but it’s been such a common card to pull so to speak. That being said, absolutely if your SA is nice they would love to get that bag for you, so it does not hurt at all to do it! I just don’t think it guarantees success because as we know it can be all about luck and timing sometimes.

It's more so like your SA has already decided to offer you the bag and it happens to be around your important date. Not the other way around.

Not sure if I would call this a “special occasion,” but when my dog died, I was pretty sad about it. I wasn’t crying or anything to the SA but since we are both dog lovers, we have that connection. We would share dog photos etc.... so my SA kinda know of my dog and how much I loved her. Anyway, when that happened, my SA offered me a bag. I didn’t take it because it wasn’t the right color but I wonder if that had anything to do with it.
Generally, I think Hermes loves to make dreams come true. Even when you could use a little spark to cheer you up. I love them for that.

I did once get a surprise special order offer on my birthday. My sweet SA had gotten his first slot ever. I'm still so touched by it, and I treasure the bag even more because of it.

I asked my SA recently and we don't even get to do SOs, they have the merchandiser customize the SO and then offer to customers lol
