Ok, in english it says offer for a day?

Does that mean that scarf is available only for the day? I saw this on the US website. Also what is the committed scarf? Is that something limited edition? Also I saw on US website.

This is an extract from the booklet:

OFFERINGS OF A DAY

How deliciously perishable are these marvels,
the petal decorations assembled each morning
on the earth by the women of Kerala,
in the south-west of India, at the time of
the harvests. These floral tributes wreathing
the thresholds of the of the houses are a consecration
of transience, which invites us better to taste
the enchantment of our fleeting lives. And so
that this enchantment can be shared.
Hermes is dedicating this Carre, as a token of
generosity, to a practical objective: the sales will
go to help pay for the studies of young Indians.

:idea:Btw, does anyone know if you can write the cost of the scarf off for tax purposes as a charitable deduction?:confused1:
With the economy as it is lately I'd like to be able to justify (rationalize) a new purchase. I love the Ecole Portugaise and Central Park scarves that support The Blue Horse charity.

Offrandes is also being offered (on the European websites) as a plisse. I wonder if the plisse is also part of the campaign?

I have the purple colorway of this scarf, too and I love it. Plus I really love the idea that there is a donation being made to such a good cause. I understand that H intends to have one scarf from each season dedicated to raising money for a charity. Great idea!!
