Odeon MM hardware scratches issues

Hi y’all i was wondering if anybody who has the Odeon MM. hows the zippers and rings in your bag? Would love to see a pic!
So i bought the Odeon MM but returned it 2 weeks later as the rings was peeling. I was allowed to exchange or get a new bag! A week later i decided to go back to LV and buy it again. I notice that it looks like this (pic) i ask the CA if i can get another one to compare but she told me its normal. I left the store as i wasn’t getting anywhere with her. I ordered it online instead but again also notice the same it’s heavily scratched. I know this is inevitable. Metal rubbing metal equals scratches. Tell me would you buy this?

I honestly wouldn’t buy an item if it would have scratches like that from the get-go. I am ok with hardware getting worn out when in use as its inevitable, but when I purchase a brand new item I don’t want it to have any wear & tear.

I agree. I asked the CA she straight up told me i don’t see anything with it. Made me feel stupid for asking!

I’ve had my Odeon MM for a year now and I haven't had any issues with scratches. And it’s a bag that is constantly in my rotation.

I’m glad yours doesn’t have this issue. Even the bag i ordered online still had some scratches! I kept it however because i honestly don’t want to be banned from returning again.

That is ridiculous that Louis Vuitton would allow new bags to go to customers with scratched hardware. Yes, they will of course eventually scratch but they shouldn’t come that way. Especially for how much we pay for the bags.

I've been using my oden for months and there's not scratches. it is the pm size though but I don't see why that would make much difference, if any.
