Oak Jacquetta with tarnished studs??

Hi ladies,

Just received an Oak Jacquetta I bought on Ebay which I still have to post in the "Autheticate this" thread, but the studs seem tarnished! Does anyone know anything about this?
There also seems to be a sort of blue-green residue next to the buckles..
