I think the D ring is meant for bag charm but the location can be awkward. I have seen some people attached a gold chain to it connecting to the zipper pull as decoration.

I thought about a bag charm that would attach there and to the zipper pull or other hardware on the side. Any idea where to get one that isn't LV?

Unbelievable! Makes my monogram bumbag even more expensive! Lol. I was leaning towards the monogram and thought I'd give that a shot before trying the LOL. They're both great! This is a good price!
