Hello all! I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday!
Does anyone have the O’Kelly small pendant? I want to buy one to replace some of my more expensive necklaces to wear everyday. I’m a nursing student and most of my stuff isn’t really appropriate for the new setting I am in. I was wanting to by the O’Kelly to wear everyday as a more demure piece. I see that it’s palladium plated, has anyone had issues with tarnishing? I don’t take my jewelry off so I shower and do everything with it (I’d take off the leather part). I just wasn’t sure if it’s worth spending $320 to have tarnish eventually, if anyone can help out and explain what it’s been like to live with I would be so thankful!

My mother and I each have this necklace. Purchased in Feb 2020! We both do not wear as every day necklaces, but with a fair amount of use they are still in great condition after almost 2 years. If you love, I say go for it!

I had this necklace, tried wearing it as much as I could and ultimately let it go. While the design is cute, the pendant kept flipping over so that the backside of leather kept showing. One time I didn’t realize it flipped over; someone asked me what my necklace says. The back of leather says Hermes or something.

I have the o'maillon pendant, and I can tell you the palladium finish is quite sturdy, it's considered a semi precious metal, close to that of platinum. Showering with it is fine, but I would definitely take it off if you're swimming in chlorine or at the beach, as chemicals and salt water can react to the plating and even wear through to the hardware underneath. :flowers:

Thanks everyone! This helped a lot, I went ahead and ordered the O’Mallion instead! I had a feeling Hermes does playing better than anyone and I’m excited to have this as a daily wear.
