A few weeks ago i was in NYC and made some purchases at the 5th Avenue Store. Jacob was my SA and he was fabulous! He took tons of time with me, laughed and joked with me, and was so pleasant about the fact that I took a ton of time to pick out my items (the large Marmont shoulder bag in the newer red color, the black leather animal bracelet, and the Queen Margaret Bee ring.)
The bee ring is my favorite! Well I just noticed one the pearls has fallen out. I called him and he immediately arranged for a pre-paid shipping label to be sent to me so that I could send it back. If they can't repair it he will send me a brand new one. Please ask for Jacob if you are there...I could not be happier with his service!
