NY March Sale -- cancelled

Jinjy is in tears. They cancelled his favorite sale according to Mizhattan's website. I'm in mourning too.

I am not surprised to hear this. Last year, some SA's at H. told me there would be a H. sale in Germany this year. I was very excited as Germany is a lot closer to me than Paris so I was really looking forward to it.
But this year, I already asked several times when the sale will be held and where but now they said they were not even sure if there was going to be a sale at all. They would give me a call as soon as they had more info but I haven't heard anything so far. I don't have high hopes anymore now I've read this thread.

This doesn't surprise me. The way Hermes has been going, I was wondering what kind of prices the sale would have this year since the regular price increases, and if they would have it at all.

It wouldn't surprise me to learn that this is another effort to deter resellers.

So sad but the last sale was lame and given the lacking inventory, I guess it makes sense. Hope there is one in September. Jingy will have to revert to his BIN paw action!
