Please bear with me.
I have a customer profile in Chanel Singapore but I absolutely adore getting each of my bags from different countries. I was just wondering if the customer profiles (past purchase history) were all linked?
Would I be able to update my profile if I were to buy a bag in Paris?
Or would that require me to have a completely new profile for the stores in France?

I don't think the systems of Chanel boutiques in different countries are linked unless the belong to the same company.

I don't know for sure but every time I have purchased an item in any store whether it be; London, Paris, NYC, SF or LA I have always been asked to fill in my info.

I just have an Louis Vuitton experience, and that was when I bought a bag in Rome (I also love to buy my bags in diffirent countries) and then they didn't look up my profile. And my local store here at home haven't said anything about my Rome purchase..

They're not all linked. There's one for every store (even ones in the same state). I've purchased from different states & a new profile is created everytime.
