If an item is not for sale online and it says contact us, can they get it to you from a store or do they not do that? I haven't contacted them yet but I figured I would ask here first. Everything I have bought on the Eboutique before was always in stock.

I just called the other day about an item that said 'contact us' - When you call the 1-800 number, the reps can see what Cartier stores have the item available. And then you can call that particular store and place an order over the phone for the store to ship directly to you.

Some stores are appointment only right now and might not answer right away, but they will call and text you back!
