Where is this dress from? The one on the right, with the sequined top? I'm seeing so many girls wearing it, I asked one of my friends but I didn't get a response lol

Its so cute, has anyone see this or anything similar anywhere?

It looks very similar to a dress I saw at Bebe. Same style - but I don't think it had sequins though...
