do they give price adjustments at saks? and for under what period of time will they still honor it?

I'm pretty sure they will adjust the price. I'm not sure how long though. Usually places consider 2 weeks a good time frame. If you haven't used it and they won't give you a price adjustment, you can always return it and rebuy it.
