Hey all, looking for opinions. I purchased this rogue tote off eBay, was pretty pricey but it’s beautiful. I received it yesterday, upon closer inspection I noticed on the interior - one side is smooth and the other is bubbly? Textured? Not sure the right word to use for this. Curious if anyone else’s rogue totes have this going on? I’m unsure if it’s just a normal variation in leather or if it’s an issue that could possibly lead to cracking with use. Perhaps I’m being overly paranoid and picky.

One pic shows the texture and the other pic shows the smooth side. IMG_8267.jpgIMG_8268.jpgIMG_8250.jpg

It's funny because I'm not one to pick apart a bag based on texture. I know that leather will have variation. I guess I was just nervous it was going to crack or something. That bag is absolutely beautiful, my heart dropped when I saw the weird texture. Thanks for the reassurance ladies!

I had a 1941 bag with a leather interior that did that. I eventually sold it since it wasn't the right bag for me (nothing to do with the "bubbling"), and while it did trigger my OCD a bit, it never gave me any issues. If you can look past it I'm sure you will love the bag. Nice find, it's beautiful!
