Posting because many of you shop at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack and may have dealt with this already. I was a regular user of the Nordstrom delicate laundry wash for hand washing and for our older top-loading washer. We now have a new front-loading washer, and the online customer service confirmed that their delicate wash is not specifically formulated for HE machines.
