i am thinking to get fillers in my nose , I am not ready for a full blown nose job ( if I ever) . I am Asian . I do have ok nose but would like to define my tip and extend my columella if it is possible. So I have couple of questions : 1. How safe it is 2. Is it painful ? And most important do you know any good specialist in Boston area? Thank you

I am not sure that fillers are OK for definition of the nose, fillers are soft, which might not make it look more defined but broader?

Gabs, see.... I am not sure hence the question  so much contradicting information on internet so I was hoping , anybody from this forum had this experience first hand.

I have had it in the fold from nose to mouth as that always bothered me, and it softened and minimized it, but it was very soft, hence it blended in very well and worked fine, that is why I think for the nose it might be far too soft

Maybe other alternative? Like Radiesse? it is harder than JDerm or R

But still too soft to imitate the bridge of a nose, which tends to be quite sharp, I would go to a few different Drs and get an evaluation, they tend to do that for free, and I would always ask for pictures of their work

I know  I just could not find a doctor for my esthetics  yet

I don't know Boston very well, but would think maybe a trip to NYC? I quickly googled, there is the Boston Center for Facial Rejuvenation, they would know all about the different fillers and could tell you if a filler would actually be suitable and recommend somebody who specializes in that?
