Non purse person needs advice on selling a TUMI Chatham East tote bag

I have a TUMI Chatham East Flap Reversible Blue Stripe/Brown leather bag I need to sell. I think the # might be #047136FUP or similar, I found a pink bag that was that style, so the P may indicate color. Bags are not something I know a lot about. What I have been able to research so far is that I think it had original price of $595 and came in lots of colors. I do not think this style is being made anymore because I cannot find it on the TUMI website. It is a new bag but no tags. It does have an ID # which I had registered w TUMI. I cannot find anything similar really to compare it to in order to get current value. I want to sell it on ebay but is there a better choice. I am looking to maximize income, I am selling this in order to pay medical bills. Also, I am an experienced ebay seller, but do not know bag selling. Is there anything I should include in my description? Things I should be aware of that are pet peeves of bag buyers? I will take lots of pics, and I pack carefully - tissue then a plastic bag and a sturdy box. What is the norm for shipping costs, it is heavy and a large box. And finally, any idea of what my opening price should be/what I might expect to get? ie what is a good deal for buyer and seller? Thank you so much for help. I am a boardgame person and could tell you all sorts of stuff about that market, but this market, I am ignorant! I need help!
