Non authenticity letter

I purchased a Prada (V136) backpack from ModaQueen, which is apparently fake. In order to get refunded, I need to provide a letter (with an official letterhead) from a company stating that the bag is indeed fake.

Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I have all my receipts and "proof of authenticity" on hand, ready to send out.

There will be a fee with any of these services, but any of them can provide a letter for disputes like this. And if you got anything from ModaQueen, it's fake....
