Noir empriente metis or neonoe - I’m 5’10”

Hi guys! I was hoping for some guidance. I received a gift card with enough to mostly cover one of my 2 wishlist items- the empriente metis or neonoe.
Now I have the mono metis and LOVE it, and the noir empriente metis has been coveted by me for years. But I don’t have a neonoe. What do you think? I’m tall, 5’10”, and have never had the opportunity to try on the neonoe. Maybe I should do empriente metis and go for the mono neonoe later? I can’t choose!!

If you already have a Pochette Métis, I would go for the Noir NeoNoe for 2 reasons. 1. You want to add diversity to your collection
2. The monogram NeoNoe is complete garbage and LV constantly exchanges them out due to defects…so I would not consider that piece down the line. Worst piece LV sells as far as quality and durability for multiple reasons… The Empriente NeoNoe however, along with Epi hold up extremely well, especially around the glazing as compared to canvas.

Do you like it? I love that it holds more than the metis, and I definitely need a bag in my collection that fits that mid-size requirement. But I also love the metis, especially in empriente. I hate having to choose!!!

It depends on your requirements for your bag. Do you like crossbody as much as you like to wear it on the shoulder? The neonoe is much wider in width. Although you can wear it crossbody, it will stick out quite a bit and will bump into things. I'm only 5'3 so the cross body length is too long for me anyways.

I don’t own either, but I interact with both daily and both pieces perform much better in Empriente compared to canvas. I love how Empriente naturally stretches and makes its own unique journey compared to canvas. If you love the Métis that much, then I’d say go for it! If you want to add diversity and have a piece that fits a bit more, get the NeoNoe. NeoNoe looks good on tall people. The crossbody length is generous up to 5 10

I like crossbody for smaller bags. I have lots of totes (neverfulls, and OTGs) so I always grab those when I want a shoulder bag.

It depends on your requirements for your bag. Do you like crossbody as much as you like to wear it on the shoulder? The neonoe is much wider in width. I have both, 2 metis (reverse & noir) and the neonoe. My preference is the metis but I do still use the neonoe occasionally but usually not for more than a week or so at a time. I'll use my metis for months at a time, just swapping between my reverse or noir. If I could only choose one, it would be the metis for sure.

Canvas & noir. I'm not sure empriente would make me like it more though, although I do think it looks better in leather! It just wasn't available when I originally purchased it.
