Noir Bracelet Sizing!

I really love this bracelet but I am clueless about the sizing. Is 7.25" on the bigger or is it on the smaller side?

Sorry for the silly question but I always buy adjustable or fitted bracelets and I'm kinda not sure this time.

I have a tiny wrist and I dont like bangles that are too loose!

I had the same bracelet and it was way too big on me...I have a very small wrist 6 in and the bracelet is 7.25. I think i had 3-4 links removed and it cost me $25. Hope this helps.

Is it the type that hugs the arm? is it more oval in shape or is it a rigid circle?
and is it easy yo take links out?
