No more pick up in store option on Coach.com

So I was considering a new wallet from Coach. Last night I wasn't sure if I wanted to order it. Today I decided I would order and do the pick up in store. And the page was not found! Apparently this feature is phased out.

The user experience is terrible right now, I opened up a chat and that is what the CS specialist confirmed.

Annoying! And also, if you are getting rid of a feature, why not just remove the button instead of giving us error pages?
 
Are you sure it's not just an error? It's still available on certain things for me. It's only showing up not available if the item is not nearby.

I reached out to the customer support and she said they were eliminating the feature all together. Based on the error message I got, it looks like a poorly planned feature rollout. Maybe it is item by item. Or section by section. It is hard to read the backend process.

Instead of getting "not available" when I select a zip code or state, it redirects to an error message.

Ah that's a real bummer, I love doing store pickup. :sad:
