So I was considering a new wallet from Coach. Last night I wasn't sure if I wanted to order it. Today I decided I would order and do the pick up in store. And the page was not found! Apparently this feature is phased out.
The user experience is terrible right now, I opened up a chat and that is what the CS specialist confirmed.
Annoying! And also, if you are getting rid of a feature, why not just remove the button instead of giving us error pages?
