No Love for Speedy 20 Empriente?

I have seen so many posts and YouTube videos for the monogram Speedy 20, but not much for the empriente version. Personally, I’m not the biggest fan of monogram print and think the thick fabric strap is too trendy for me. I love the understated and more elegant look of the empriente speedy 20, but I feel like there aren’t very many posts/reviews of this.

Anyone here love their empriente Speedy 20? Please share photos and what you love about it!

This is my first empriente bag and I prefer the subtle logos on this one than the mono canvas. The only thing I don’t like about this bag is the zip which is not smooth and I have to use both hands for opening and closing the zip, sometimes with a struggle too. I asked the SA in the boutique who suggested this trick of using the tip of the lead of a pencil to run along the zip forward and backward few times. I tried it and doesn’t work. Any suggestions from anyone here, maybe? Thanks

Rub a bit of wax paper along the entire zipper (metal part)

Your blue Speedy is gorgeous, Adeline! Loving my Speedy b 20 in black empreinte. I have been using it nearly everyday since I got it just after Christmas. It truly is the perfect small bag. Fits everything I need, including readers and sunglasses. It's crossbody and the chain is so beautiful. And I love that the monogram is subtle.

Hi! So I just got this bag today for my bday I literally bought it 4 mos before my bday to avoid price increase. Upon checking the cards included from the box it says: made of vachetta leather and synthetic lining. I wonder what’s the difference of Vachetta to cowhide or it’s just the same. Is this a real leather that’s made of cowhide that is Vachetta? Sorry I’ve been reading and watching YouTube videos and been seeing so many diff descriptions of the leather empriente vs Vachetta AFD9D6AE-1D60-4000-8D41-11C1FDC2E4CC.jpegkind pls lighten me up! Thank you!

So, I too have searched & searched for reviews & videos for the Speedy B in Empreinte & found very few. I was drawn to the Empreinte thanks to 1 of the review videos I have watched repeatedly - for the 2016 version which has the flat front pocket. I knew I wanted this version as opposed to the latest one. After waiting & searching I found this on the pre-loved market - it arrived this week & im in love! It’s just perfect as it fits everything I need day-to-day & I love the flexibility of how I can wear it. With 20+ years of owning & investing in LV I still get excited & love all my bags but this one will certainly be this season’s favourite!!
