Hey there ! So I received my Mandarin N/S Selma from belk today and was surprised to find it wrapped in a big belk shopping bag. Upon further inspection, the bag has no dust bag. I am such a stickler about keeping my bags stuffed and in dust bags so I am distraught over this! The bag itself is perfect and it is no longer available online so I doubt I could return or exchange. What would you do ? Will belk be able to send me one or should I look into purchasing one elsewhere ? Thanks in advance !!

I'd call customer service first, and if for some reason, they won't work with you on sending you a dust bag then I'd start searching elsewhere for the same bag. But if you can't find it anywhere else, I guess you'll need to decide how important the dust bag is to you..... Are you willing to send the bag back?

Maybe they only do it with specific styles then... have you purchased this style before and received a dust bag? I am just wondering if maybe it doesn't come with one, in which case you would probably have to buy one separately.

Yes I ordered the same bag in Navy about a month ago from Belk also and it came with a dust bag. I've decided I will just put her in a pillowcase lol

If you've gotten the same bag from them before and it came with a dust bag then I would contact them and let them know, they should hopefully be understanding! Especially if you've bought the same bag from them before, you could point out that you got a dust bag with that one and expected the same with this one. I know it would drive me nuts if I had all my purses in their dust bags and then one of the lineup was stuffed in a pillowcase LOL! Can't hurt to try contacting them, good luck!

I have bought a couple of MK bags on clearance from macy's. One nice SA checked for the dust bag and gave me a dooney and burke (cheaper quality than the silky MK ones) one since it was missing. I didn't check on one bag, so it has nothing right now. I have a few bags in old pillow cases (not all my leather bags come with dust bags, I have some nice classic Born bags that didn't, so I improvise).

If you have a nice SA at your local store (any store you frequent), they probably can give you a dust bag (probably a cheaper one, but better than nothing). I have also seen homemade ones for sale on ebay.

I bought a MK bag from Macy's and it didn't have a dust bag, the SA just casually said some don't come with one.. but I knew the bag was a return so idk. I went to another Macys and asked for one, they handed me a MK dust bag out of a drawer full of different dust bags. I'm trying to locate a few for my outlet bags, the duster completes the bag IMO
