1. I just ordered some sale jeans--Goldsign--and they gave no new customer discount. I got the reply that the old discount codes on are expired. Thats a 30% bummer.:cursing: Does anyone know what I can do?
  2. Well did the transaction summary that you received via email show the discount? If so, then they need to honor it. If they don't honor it, then cancel the order.
  3. if it's expired and the order summary that you agreed to when you pressed 'submit' did not reflect a 30% discount, then there's not much you can do. if it showed a discount and they charged you more anyway, then i'm pretty sure that's credit card fraud - they are not allowed to charge you more than you agree to pay.
