No carbs no sugar recipes

As soon as I deliver this baby, I am going back on the no sugar no carbs plan... nothing as extreme as Atkins... just eating fruits, veggies and proteins... cutting out the breads, cereals, processed sugars and things like that. Any recipes from your files? Particularly for breakfast... that seems to be the toughest one to plan.... I can only eat so many eggs!:throwup:
  2. Yoghurt, kefir, milk, soymilk with fruit additions to make yummy smoothies.

    I buy frozen fruit. I am careful to check ingredients so I don't buy fruit with a bunch of sugar and junk.

    Nut and rice milks with fruit additions.

    Complete-protein granolas. Ex: rice and beans make a complete protein but only when combined.
