No authenticity card? problem?

I don't think it matters too much unless you want to resell it; an inexperienced buyer might put too much store in the authenticity card (even though all fakes, these days, have them).

I have received bags from NAP, in the past, without authenticity cards and it didn't really bother me, personally.

To an experienced buyer, the lack of an authenticity card, especially with the availability of a genuine (checkable with the Fendi boutique) receipt; might actually be more convincing; because when do you ever see a fake being sold without one?!!
